Can I offer live 24/7 technical support? No, there is a discord which is very helpful, any firmware or technical issues are on here.
 
If you're convinced there is a problem with the console hardware or the mod board I am happy for you to return it and I can have a look, a standard fee will be charged if there is no fault found. The console is tested before sending and the retrogem is confirmed working hardware so most issues will be related to settings specific to whatever setup the end user has.
