Terms for send in work carried out:
 
If a fault directly relating to the upgrade work occurrs within 2 weeks the console can be returned and an attempt will be made to  fix the issue. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made by the customer. The console is soak tested for 2 hours with cd/dvd drive confirmed working order (if applicable). A photo is taken with a game running and the self test screen (if applicable) showing the order number and date, before being returned. Oldskoolconsoles has a zero tolerance policy to spamming  etc... a reasonable effort will be made to answer emails within 3 working days. oldskoolconsoles has been trading for over 10 years and 99.9% of customers are satisfied.
