1 Year Guarantee for any mod issues. I check the dvd drive is in working order and loads games but cannot guarantee this, there are modern solid state solutions for this anyway.
 
If you're convinced there is a problem with the console hardware or the mod board I am happy for you to return it and I can have a look, a standard fee will be charged if there is no fault found. The console is tested before sending and the retrogem is confirmed working hardware so most issues will be related to settings specific to whatever setup the end user has.
 
Can I guarantee the cd drive? No. I check that the cd drive is in basic working order and clean the lense, but obviously can't say the lense won't fail over time.
Can I offer live 24/7 technical support? No, there is a discord which is very helpful, any firmware or technical issues are on here.
