Consoles: 3 Month Guarantee with strict conditions: This is 2nd hand hardware therefore the following conditions apply : If a fault with the upgrade board or console NOT CD/DVD DRIVE occurrs within 3 months the console can be returned for repair or refund. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made or the console has been opened or unbundled power supply has been used (if applicable). The console is soaked tested for 2 hours with cd/dvd drive confirmed working order (if applicable). A photo is taken with a game running and the self test screen (if applicable) showing the order number and date, before being sent.

Mod kits / Upgrade Kits / Accessories: Unless otherwise stated no refund or guarantee is offered on mod kits sold. These are sent sealed and once opened damage can occur due to a bad installation.
