Postage Policy:

All items for sale are shipped directly from oldskoolconsoles in the United Kingdom, oldskoolconsoles cannot be held responsible for items lost in the destination country's national postal system. Proof of postage can be provided on request, private courier options such as USPS  are available. No postage to Russia, any order will be refunded minus a 10% fee.

Pre-Modded / Upgraded Consoles Limited Guarantee:

 

31 day guarantee: This is 2nd hand hardware therefore the following conditions apply : If a fault with the upgrade board or console occurs within 31 days of purchase the console can be returned for repair or refund. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made. The console is soak tested and photo is taken with a game running and the self test screen showing the order number and date, before being sent. CD / DVD drives are only tested as in basic working order, and are not included in the guarantee!

Mod kits / Upgrade Kits / Accessories:

Unless otherwise stated no refund or guarantee is offered on mod kits sold. These are sent sealed and once opened damage can occur due to a bad installation.

Send in upgrade / modding service:

 

If a fault directly relating to the upgrade work occurrs within 14 days the console can be returned and an attempt will be made to fix the issue free or refund the order. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made by the customer. The console is tested with a photo showing order number and date before being returned.

 

Oldskoolconsoles has a zero tolerance policy to spamming  etc... a reasonable effort will be made to answer emails within 3 working days. oldskoolconsoles has been trading for over 10 years and 99.9% of customers are satisfied.
