31 day guarantee: this is 2nd hand hardware therefore the following conditions apply : If a fault with the upgrade board or console NOT CD/DVD DRIVE occurrs within 31 days of purchase the console can be returned for repair or refund. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made or the console has been opened or unbundled power supply has been used (if applicable). The console is soak tested with cd/dvd drive confirmed working order (if applicable). A photo is taken with a game running and the self test screen (if applicable) showing the order number and date, before being sent.

Mod kits / Upgrade Kits / Accessories:

Unless otherwise stated no refund or guarantee is offered on mod kits sold. These are sent sealed and once opened damage can occur due to a bad installation.

Send in upgrade / modding service:

 

If a fault directly relating to the upgrade work occurrs within 14 days the console can be returned and an attempt will be made to fix the issue free or refund the order. This does not apply if any hardware or software alterations have been made by the customer. The console is soak tested with cd/dvd drive confirmed working order (if applicable). A photo is taken with a game running and the self test screen (if applicable) showing the order number and date, before being returned.
