Internal 20 year old power supply replaced with a Re-PS2 adapter, meaning you can power this externally with a modern laptop power supply (which is included) and extend the life of this legendary console. Sticker included with RetroGEM menu access buttons and in game reset.

Can I guarantee the dvd drive? I check that the drive is in basic working order and clean the lense, but obviously can't say the lense won't fail over time, there is a modern ssd alternative to run games.
Can I offer live 24/7 technical support? There is a discord which is very helpful, any firmware or technical issues are on here.
 
If you're convinced there is a problem with the console hardware or the mod board I am happy for you to return it and I can have a look, a standard fee will be charged if there is no fault found. The console is tested before sending and the retrogem is confirmed working hardware so most issues will be related to settings specific to whatever setup the end user has.
